Our partner Korinver helped us create an internship program that sends young professionals from El Salvador to Seattle for very hands-on, rapid skill development training, with the goal of creating a pool of talented students who aspire to become top-notch software developers and leaders of the future.
The results of the program have been pretty compelling to date, creating a multiplier effect: graduates returning home are teaching others, or working with GenUI via Korinver. Some have even created their own start-ups. To learn more about the program, read GeekWire’s coverage here.
